Mother's Day

Many teachers who teach English as an additional language are mothers. In the spirit of thanks to mothers everywhere, I'm sharing a couple pages from my low beginner holidays book for free, to use in your class. I hope you find them useful.

I've structured this unit around things that many mothers do around the house. It's a great way to review daily routines and household chores.

I created this page to look like the flow of a mop. Students separate the sentences, then copy them on another page starting with "She" and adding the third person "s" or "es".

This page below is a reading about Mother's Day with visual support.
